and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. They have
a wide range of medical and surgical knowledge, combined with

David Buchan, D.P.M.
Dr. David did his undergraduate work at the College of Wooster and graduated summa cum laude from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed a two-year residency in reconstruction foot and ankle surgery at the Atlanta Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. David has been doing foot and ankle surgery since 1982. His surgical focus since 1990 has been in forefoot surgery with a special focus on bunion and arthritis surgery.
Dr. David has been board certified since 1986 by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He served as a board member of the State of Ohio Medical Board for 15 years, and served as its president in 1999. Dr. David has served on the Board of Directors of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery based in San Francisco, California. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Ohio Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. David is an active staff member at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Mt. Carmel St. Ann's Hospital, Grant Medical Center, Fairfield Medical Center, Dublin Surgery Center, Eastside Surgery Center, and the Polaris Surgery Center.
Randall Contento, D.P.M.
Dr. Randall Contento did his undergraduate work at Elon University and graduated with bachelors in Biology and a minor in chemistry. In 2000, he graduated with a degree in advanced orthoses fabrication and shoe modification. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2005.
Dr. Contento completed a four-year residency in advanced podiatric foot and ankle surgery. His special interests include forefoot reconstruction, ankle deformities and biomechanics of the foot including: diabetic wounds, ankle instability, fractures, sprains, torn tendons, and flat feet. His expertise has greatly benefited our patients and the residents of Central Ohio.
Dr. Contento is an active staff member at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Mt. Carmel St. Ann's Hospital, and the Dublin Surgery Center.
Ruth M., CMA, MGR
Ruth has been with the practice since 1983. She is a Certified Medical Assistant, and serves as the office manager, surgery scheduling manager, and Dr. Buchan's podiatric medical assistant. Her dedication and loyalty to our patients is unmatched.
Angela has been with practice for 6 years. She is the Dublin office receptionist. Her dedication and organizational skills make her an asset to the practice and our patients.
Shelley M., MA
She has been with the practice since 2012. She is a medical assistant for both Dr. Buchan and Dr. Contento. She continues to learn and put her skills into practice. She is a joy to have as part of our team.
Lisa has been with the practice for 18 years. She is the Westerville receptionist. Her sweet and caring attitude brightens everyone's day.
Jessica has been with the practice since 2009. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Capital University. She serves the practice as an administrative assistant, patient coordinator, and IT technician. She is our "go to" girl.
Mindi W., CMA
Mindi has been with practice since 2010. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and serves as Dr. Contento's personal assistant. Her experience in family practice has only added to what she contributes to the practice.
Kathi has been with the practice since 1997 and serves as the billing manager. Her knowledge and expertise in billing and insurance is a great asset to our patients.
